Case studies
Lending to Landsnet
We lent to Landsnet, the sole electricity transmission system operator (TSO) in Iceland. Landsnet is a global leader in its field, transmitting electricity from almost entirely renewable sources. We were the sole lender in the issuance with the proceeds used to strengthen the electricity grid around the parameter of the country.

Providing finance to the National Football League
We provided debt financing to the National Football League (NFL), the most popular sports league in the US and the wealthiest in the world by revenue. The investment gives our clients access to a high-quality issuer underpinned by a global brand presence, long-term contractual revenues streams and conservative financial policies.

Financing for Halma plc
We provided financing to the FTSE 100 company, Halma plc - a global safety, medical and environmental technology business. The transaction provides our clients with debt exposure to a firm which has no public debt but is a repeat issuer in the private placement market.

Sustainability-linked loan - UK housing association
We provided an innovative sustainability-linked private placement to Phoenix, a community housing association in Lewisham, London. The structure provides potential coupon reductions linked to Phoenix’s decarbonisation targets. The targets, if met, will speed up the provision of more cost-and energy-efficient homes.
