L&G’s strong track record in constructing and operating affordable housing has seen £1bn invested and over 8,000 homes developed to date.
Having launched our flagship Affordable Housing Fund in July 2024, we’ve sought to further address the UK’s shortfall in affordable homes by creating a vehicle that enables GMPF to help build properties across the Northwest region.
